Flanders Grand Prix

The 47th edition of Flanders Grand Prix will take place on Friday the 15th, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th of August. This tournament is the 9th (and last but one) stage in the European Inline Cup where the most regular athletes on short and longer distances will be revealed. Over 600 participants will be present in Zandvoorde, amongst them team Powerslide, one of the most successful speedskating formations in the world. Their leader and billboard of Belgian speedskating, Bart Swings, will deserve his place of honour once again in Oostende next weekend.

Most of European top atlethes will still be in optimal shape only two weeks after concluding the European championships in Geisingen (Germany). The Belgian selection collected 19 medals, amongst which 10 golden.
